This Return and Refund Policy describes how PantherTradeNet handles cancellations and refund requests for its hosting solutions. As a hosting infrastructure provider, we recognize that clarity around returns builds trust and transparency with users.
2. General Terms
Due to the technical nature of our hosting environments (VPS/VDS), services are considered to be custom-configured and deployed on demand. Therefore, once a hosting instance is activated, refunds are generally not provided except under specific conditions described below.
3. Eligibility Criteria
Refunds may be issued if a service was not successfully activated due to a system issue, or if there was a duplicate configuration. A request must include a detailed explanation of the issue and proof of the problem. We evaluate all requests based on logs and internal records.
4. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, customers must submit a formal request via email to our support team. The request should include the original email used during setup, reference ID (if available), and a summary of the technical problem encountered. Our team will respond within 5 business days.
5. Method of Refund
Approved refunds will be issued via the original account setup method. Refund processing time may vary depending on infrastructure and internal verification. We do not issue partial refunds unless agreed upon in writing.
6. Cases Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be granted for services that were used in breach of our Terms & Conditions. Additionally, refunds are not applicable if the hosting environment was used for any prohibited or unauthorized activity. Resource misuse or system abuse disqualifies refund eligibility.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested before the hosting term renews. Once a renewal is processed, the system is considered active and non-refundable. Clients are responsible for managing renewal schedules in a timely manner.
8. Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises regarding a refund request, we encourage resolution through communication. We aim to find a fair, fact-based outcome for both parties. All claims must be supported with documentation or platform data.
9. Changes to This Policy
PantherTradeNet may revise this policy periodically to reflect operational or legal updates. The current version will always be available on this page.
